Terms and Conditions for Airsoft Custom Works Website

Welcome to the official website of Airsoft Custom Works ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you ("user" or "you") agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Airsoft Custom Works offers a variety of airsoft products and services, including custom builds, airsoft gun sales, accessories, repairs, and modifications. These Terms govern the use of our website, products, and services.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you may not purchase products or use certain services on the website without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Product Information

Orange Tape: In compliance with federal and state regulations, all airsoft guns and magazines sold through Airsoft Custom Works will be affixed with a bright orange tape marking on the barrel. This is required by law to distinguish airsoft guns from real firearms.
Warranty: The warranty on all products sold by Airsoft Custom Works covers defects in materials or workmanship from the manufacturer for 30 days from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or modifications of the products. Once the orange tape is removed from any airsoft gun or magazine, the warranty will be voided. Additionally we are not responsible for incorrect installation of parts resulting in failure of the gun.
Malfunctions: If a malfunction occurs due to a manufacturer's defect within the warranty period, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue, which may include repair or replacement of the defective product.
Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your order a full refund will only be given if reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Other wise partial refunds will be applied. (Item's can't be canceled in transit with shipping carrier).

4. Use of Products

Safety: Airsoft is a recreational activity involving physical interaction, and safety precautions must be taken. We strongly recommend wearing full protective gear, including but not limited to eye protection, face masks, and gloves, while using airsoft guns.
Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of airsoft products. Airsoft Custom Works cannot be held responsible for the use of products in illegal activities or in areas where airsoft guns are prohibited.
Age Restrictions: All airsoft guns sold by Airsoft Custom Works are intended for users aged 18 and above, unless specifically stated otherwise. Certain localities may have additional age restrictions on airsoft gun purchases and use.

5. Product Availability

All products listed on the Airsoft Custom Works website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices for products and services on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that prices and product details are accurate; however, errors may occur.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated on our website. Payment is required in full before an order is processed or shipped.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with California state laws.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing: Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and shipping method.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery method and shipping address.
Shipping Issues: Airsoft Custom Works is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost items during transit, or delivery issues once an order has been shipped.
Where we ship: We are exclusive to USA shipping only, international shipping, Canada, or Mexico not available at this time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Airsoft Custom Works website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product descriptions, images, videos, and text, are the property of Airsoft Custom Works or our content providers and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without express written permission from Airsoft Custom Works.

9. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account in order to make a purchase or access certain services on the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, you should contact us immediately.

Return and Refund Policy

At Airsoft Custom Works, we are committed to providing high-quality airsoft products and customer satisfaction. This Warranty and Return Policy outlines our procedures for warranty claims, returns, and exchanges. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period: All airsoft products sold by Airsoft Custom Works are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
Coverage: The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective or damaged products due to manufacturing defects, as determined by our service team.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modification of the product.
- Damage caused by the use of low-quality BBs. We recommend using at least 0.20g BBs to avoid internal damage to your airsoft gun.
- Wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
- Aftermarket internal parts installed after purchase. Any modifications or parts installed post-purchase may void the warranty.
- Airsoft guns or magazines that have had the orange tape removed as per legal requirements. Once the orange tape is removed, the warranty is voided unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturer Defects: If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us for a warranty claim. The item will be inspected by our technicians to confirm the defect.

2. Warranty Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, our technicians will inspect it to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If covered, we will either repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the warranty does not cover the defect, we will inform you of any associated repair costs.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns: We offer returns for products that are unused, unworn, and unopened within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns or for items returned during the 30 days. Items returned outside the 30-day window or without original packaging will not be accepted
- Non-Warranty / Repair / Upgrades: If you require repair or upgrade services for items that are no longer covered by warranty, labor charges apply at $30 per half hour for our technicians.

4. Items Not Covered by Warranty or Return

The following items are not eligible for warranty or return:

Installed or Modified Parts: Airsoft parts that have been installed or modified by the customer are not returnable.
Custom Orders: Custom-built or “built-to-order” items, such as custom airsoft shotgun builds, are eligible for limited warranties and may be subject to repair only.
Low-Value Items: Airsoft products under $60, batteries, BBs, and other accessories may not be covered under warranty.

5. Damaged in Transit

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

Inspect and Keep Packaging: Retain the original packaging and product.
Contact Us Immediately: Email us at airsoftcustomworks@gmail.com or call 626-244-8854. We will assist with the carrier claim process.
Return Process: If the damage claim is accepted, we will issue a replacement or repair service at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued for returns that meet the criteria outlined in our policy, including unused, unopened, and undamaged items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please note:

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted for returns due to customer change of mind.
Non-Warranty Items: Products that are found to be outside the warranty or are damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
